Keripik tempe sanan adalah jajanan khas kota malang yang telah banyak di kenal dan dinikmati oleh wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke kota malang . Dalam keripik tempe terkandung protein 20% - 25% dan air 10% - 20% serta lemak nabati dan protein . Keripik tempe dibuat dari bahan pokok yaitu kedelai dijadikan tempe yang bertekstur padat kemudian di potong tipis , di campur dengan bahan - bahan lain seperti tepung beras dan rempah - rempah seperti ketumbar , bawang , kapur , sirih , santan , daun jeruk purut , sebagai bumbu . Kemudian di goreng hingga renyah dan gurih . Proses pembuatan keripik ini dilakukan secara tradisional dan tanpa bahan pengawet sehingga aman untuk di konsumsi dan juga higienis . Keripik tempe ini memiliki berbagai macam rasa , seperti : original , balado , pizza , keju , ayam bakar , barbeque , udang , dll .
